Support Our School
There are a variety of ways to support Assumption School, whether through prayer, volunteering, donation, or financially, everyone has gifts they can share. Please support the mission of Catholic education at Assumption School. Every effort is greatly appreciated!
Appreciated Securities
Gifts of marketable stocks, bonds, or mutual fund shares that have appreciated in value can have an immediate benefit for Assumption and a favorable tax result for contributors.
Bequests
You may designate Assumption as a shared beneficiary on a life insurance policy. This can be done on a new or existing policy, an IRA annuity, employer group term insurance, or retirement plan. An outright bequest to Assumption School may reduce the taxation on your estate, making the net cost of your gift less than its face value.
Deferred Giving
In recent years, many donors have chosen to make charitable gifts during their lifetime. A charitable remainder trust (CRT) is a perfect vehicle for some. Income from a CRT can be available to the donor for his/her life, and potentially to another beneficiary named by the donor. Upon the death of the donor and any named beneficiary, the remainder passes to the school.
In-Kind Gifts
In-kind gifts are donations that are used to carry out our educational mission. Gifts-in-kind include books, music, computers, cash, construction materials and much more.
Matching Gifts
Matching gifts are a wonderful way to double or even triple your annual gift to Assumption High School! In turn you will receive recognition for the total value of the combined gift.
Gifts in Honor or Memory
Assumption regularly receives donations in honor or memory of loved ones, classmates, and friends. Memorial gifts are given in memory of those who have gone before us. Honor gifts typically commemorate a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary.
